Pierce County - Tacoma Areas we serve

The Communities of Pierce County

Pierce County has always been one of our favorite real estate destinations in the Pacific Northwest. Tacoma, Fircrest, Lakewood, and Northeast Tacoma are only a few of the popular places to own a home and raise a family. It’s a great place to enjoy the single life as well. Tacoma, Fircrest, and Lakewood all provide spacious and beautiful large parks, and pools. There are also many places to shop, a thriving arts and culture community, and of course, many beautiful homes in Pierce County.

Wright’s Park

Tacoma’s Wright’s Park is popular as a place to watch ducks, enjoy a stroll, or sip coffee on a bench. The renewed waterfront is a popular walking spot and is littered with bicyclists, walkers, runners, and casual visitors. Johnny’s Seafood is the place to go for seafood, and you can enjoy it at Marine Park. In addition, there is a place to park and walk right on the main Tacoma Schuster Parkway waterfront. The Chinese Reconciliation Park is a memorial of the many Chinese people that worked in the factories in Tacoma. The Tacoma Waterfront, once the home of AZARCO a large manufacturing plant. It has been restored and the soil was restored to create a safe place for homes and businesses. Enjoy the many peonies, daisies, and other lovely gardens. Throw a rock in the water or see a sea otter from the park. Park across the street from the waterfront for easy access to restaurants, both casual and fine dining. If you like boating, the marina is an easy place to put your boat in and you can even rent a boat for a reasonable price. Nearby Point Defiance has a zoo and easy access to Owen’s Beach, a beautiful place to stroll or enjoy a picnic, or both!  There is also a dog park and historical Nisqually Fort. Enjoy the tranquil Japanese Garden, beautiful all year round. Roses, zinnias and cannas are only a few of the species you can see at Point Defiance – even a dahlia garden will delight you. It’s a full afternoon of sights.  The geese love the Point Defiance Park, so tread carefully. Enjoy the duck pond and the active wildlife nearby.
